Description
This dispenser is a semi-automatic system that sorts powders/pulses according to the weight set by the operator into a bag/case at the end of the machine.
The machine is built with a receptacle to for the material to be sorted. The receptacle can be filled manually or automatically using a filling system (which is not part of this machine). From the receiving compartment, the material is transferred to the weighing chamber by feeding and vibrating (the feed part can be replaced with a helix feed as necessary).
The material then reaches the weighing chamber, where the dosage stage is performed.

The dosing itself is performed in two stages: coarse and gentle. This is designed for accurate dosing without sacrificing speed.
At the end of the dosing, the operator presses the discharge button and the material is poured into a bag/package. Then the system puts another dish in the weighing chamber and repeats it.
When defining the system, the size of the input packet and the receiving cell is required.
